We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
mischief.ng assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Then we shall exchange the goods for you.
Note: we only make this exchange if the fault is from us. Eg: mistakes in size, colors, etc.
You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our website before returning any product.
Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for an exchange.
However we MIGHT consider and exchange some items even if the fault is from the customer while ordering, but the customer must bear the cost of return delivery.
If you get the damaged product from us then we will dispatch the same product within 5 working days and we will arrange for the return pickup of this damaged product.
In the case of International orders, Once you give the confirmed order and we dispatch then we can’t return to you
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of receiving of the products.
